My Future Therapy is a Registered NDIS Allied Health Provider specialising in Occupational Therapy services for people with different level of disability and functional limitations. We support our clients and their Families across whole Sydney Metro Region delivering evidence based & goal focused therapy designed to build functional skills and independence.

Our Therapists work with children who experience challenges in completing daily living activities and has challenges with fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, emotional regulation, self-care & participation in daily activities at home, school & in the community. We take a collaborative family centred approach partnering closely with Parents, Carers, Educators and Support Networks to ensure Therapy goals are Meaningful and Practical.
